Refund and Returns Policy
1. Overview
At Starfitgear, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy explains your options for returning items and obtaining a refund.
2. Returns
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, and intimate or sanitary goods. Please note that sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Return Period
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a full refund. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at returns@starfitgear.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Refunds
Refund Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@starfitgear.com.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at returns@starfitgear.com with the details of the defect or damage, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
5. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized items
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale items
6. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received and approved, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
